The Gurkha, crafted in the Dominican Republic by Beach Cigar Group / K. Hansotia & Co, has been referred to as the “Rolls Royce of Cigars” because it represents three aspects that separate it from all others; distinction, unsurpassed quality, and rarity.
The production begins with a 5-year old Connecticut Shade wrapper fermented an additional seven months. (That is 5 months more than most Cuban cigars!) The filler and binder are Dominican blend grown from Cuban piloto seed. The final step in the one year manufacturing process is marrying the filler and binder with the delicate Connecticut shade wrapper that has been infused with Louis XIII Cognac!
The end result is an incredible cigar, skillfully made by hand with some of the highest quality tobaccos available. A truly great smoking experience!

Gurkha Grand Reserve Cigars
Gurkha Cigars, enrobed with the essence and flavor of Louis XIII Cognac, are handmade with the finest tobaccos grown in the fertile fields of Ciboa in the Dominican Republic. Gurkha Cigars have the finishing touch of a Connecticut grown wrapper which offers you a rich, creamy flavor with a hint of spice and promises you a light pleasant finish. The gurkha "Grand Reserve" cigar selection are individually encased in crystal tubes, then carefully sealed with an ornate wax, which ensures freshness.The production of Gurkha cigars begins with five year old Connecticut which then fermented an additional seven months.The filler and binder are Dominican grown from Cuban Piloto seed.
